Pricing and Services

Every event is unique. Pricing for your next event is based on menu items and other considerations such as the number of guests, venue, times, and staffing requirements. We encourage you to set up an appointment with one of our coordinators to discuss your menu and prices, although you may e-mail your information for estimated price quote.

The actual food price per person.
Labor or server charge based on per person.
Bar and/ or wine service.(optional)
Rental items
Any additional subcontracted services requested; i.e. music, ice carvings, chefs.

Rental Items

There is a surcharge for this service which ensures the correct items will be ordered & delivered for your party without you worrying about it, as well as an "insurance" policy for breakage and minor damages. Rental items consist of anything from plates & glassware, tables, chairs & linen, to tents & lighting. Rental items are determined after your menu is set and location is confirmed. It is not recommended that you rent items yourself as critical service items tend to be overlooked by the untrained eye. Also, less for you to worry about on your big day!

Bar Service

Hamby's can provide a fully licensed bar service for your event.

Note: If you wish to provide your own liquor, Hamby's can provide a bar setup and even arrange a bartender.

Ice Carvings

Ice Carving w/Seafood Displays

Beautiful and unique ice centerpieces can take the place of a floral arrangement or as an eye popping seafood display. Almost any idea can be transformed into an ice masterpiece. Just ask your catering consultant and he/she can order it for you.
